This luxurious very shaped longer length cardigan has set-in sleeves and a trellis cable adjacent to the zip, running all the way up to the double stand up collar. On the sleeves the trellis cable runs all the way down into the cuff. A very fine rope cable forms the rest of the cuff and hem. This lofty, cocooning cardigan celebrates a wide variety of heritage Aran stitches which feature throughout, including mirrored rope cables, hugs and kisses stitch, regular rope cables and 2x2 moss stitch. Below the horizontal rib at the waist, three standard cables gradually separate forming three zig zag cables which diverge further forming the flared shaping at the sides. The horizontal rib is echoed above the cuff. Longer length and very fitted at the sides. The Aran patterning features on the front, back and sleeves. Knitted in 5 gauge 100% Merino in our own factory in Ireland.
